Why Learn French?
"Isn't it time for you to discover new cultures, and open your mind to the world?"

When you ask why learn French, it seems like you are asking why learn a foreign language? Let's try to find the most common motivation to learn another language...

You learn another language to be able to communicate with others. Human beings can't live without communication, it is vital. We need to communicate to live. 

You learn French or any other language to discover new people and new culture. When you do that, you open your mind to the world, and become better because you will be able to respect others. You realize that the world is not exactly like you see it. People see this world and percept things differently. By knowing that, and by understanding how and why people think, you become more knonledgable than other people in your country.

Another reason to speak French is business. At a stage in your career, you may need to communicate with foreigners. Althoug the main reason is your work, you will quickly enjoy the benefits that we just explained above. Business language is not exactly spoken French, like people speak naturally though. 

Increase your skills. Learning another language can be a challenge, a test. Are you able to learn like you were in high school? Is you memory still on top? Learning French can help you to boost your other skills like concentration, memory, listening...

You may want to learn French and other languages for researches and language enhancement. Do you know that the French language has widely contributed to the formation of English language? By learning French, you will become more knowledgable about your own languages because you will be able to substract the roots.
